So title is pretty self explanatory. I’m in a pretty fresh long distance relationship where we talk on the phone for hours and I’ve noticed especially recently that my balls have been kind of aching, and tonight I’ve realized the veins themselves above my balls are pretty swollen.
Is this just blue balls or a legitimate health concern

Yea I don’t think that “blue balls” would cause that.
Go see a doctor, it’s probably not a “I need a appointment tomorrow” but probably sometime soon and if it goes away naturally in that time well you saved yourself like $50
It’s called a varicocele, varicose veins become restricted and don’t allow the blood to fully flow through causing engorged veins in the scrotum. It’s genetic, my father, brother, and I have been operated on to correct it as it potentially can make you sterile. I’m Italian if that helps lol seems to be a ginny thing. My operation was done when I was 14 or 15
