So my wall is super wet and damp cause of a leak from a gutter. It’s getting worse and there’s a crack and the paint got messed up and some mold has arisen.
I moved in 2 months ago and it’s been like this with no fix. When I moved in the paint wasn’t set and then the gutter issue occurred. Im fed up and my contract ends in 4 months.what can I do ? I never lived here so idk

Did you tell the landlord..?
If you’re getting nowhere with the landlord speak to the Citizens Advice Bureau, they be able to tell you what to do next

Take photos and show your landlord.
He doesn’t want an even bigger, more costlier, repair so he would rather fix it asap. He will be thankful you let him know.
