Hello,
I’m currently in my process of forcing myself to be more open and talk to random strangers in the streets but due to my work schedule I’m constantly tired in the morning and that tiredness follows me during most of the day. Which results in me not getting the amount of energy need to talk to strangers and make efforts to be more confident. And even If I try, my voice clearly sounds “tired” and I cannot articulate well. Which results in really awkward conversations.
My question is do you guy have suggestions on how to get NATURAL energy booster techniques or any tricks that I can do to be more energetic ? Thanks.

  1. How much sleep are you getting? In my case, I have trouble in the morning because I don’t go to bed early enough.
