situationship heartbreak

why does this one month situationship hurt so much. ive never been in a relationship and this was the closest i have been to being in one, and now its over. like this guy made be feel sooo special and like he really liked me. Then out of nowhere this he ends things because he’s not ready and wanted me to wait, only for me to catch him on a dating app. I cant seem to get over him bc its already been two months we ended and im still like this. i feel like i miss having someone more then him idk. i just want him back but i know thats not happening. oh well, if anyone has tips on how i can move on and just get over everything that would be really helpful.
