Not in the urethra, but sometimes I get a little hurt in the mast of my penis when my girl is on top, other positions are fine, but when she is on top my penis really gets hurt. Any ideas or tips to avoid the issue? We use condom and it’s always lubrificated.

  1. See a doctor. If your penis is bleeding, there is something wrong happening and you do *not* want to be tearing penile tissue.

    And meanwhile, try changing positions for a while.
