Hi,
So I have made some friends last year, and when I’m at school, I mostly find someone to talk to, so I never really feel lonely at school.

However, when I’m home, I don’t have anyone to talk to. My siblings have already moved out, and my parents are busy with work. Due to this, I don’t have anyone to talk to when I’m home, and I start feeling lonely

  1. Try inviting some people over to your house. I don’t really know what teens these days do, and I don’t know much about teen boys, particularly older teen boys. Maybe get together and play some video games, watch a movie, go biking, something fun. Or go out to do something like hiking, play sports, whatever. Another idea is to get more involved with your school or community. Try joining a sports team, a school club or committee. Do any extra curricular activity that may interest you. Volunteer for an organization you are passionate about. If the covid situation isn’t bad where you are, consider volunteering at a nursing home. So many lonely residents live there who would love to have someone come in and talk with them. I am sure they can relate a lot to you in that way.
