Bleeding after sex- it’s been two days

To preface Im not a virgin, but my hymen did break the first time I had sex a few years ago.

I hooked up with this guy that I’ve hooked up once before too- like just casual sex. We were both drunk, and he was going in very rough. It was enjoyable but it was definitely a little painful, but the good slightly painful sex. He went on for honestly hours, multiple rounds, he was just going at it.

When I finally went to the bathroom, I realized i was bleeding. I didn’t think much and I put in a pad thinking it was just light. But two days later, Im still bleeding.

My body aches from that experience with him, my my pussy def is very sore too, but why am I still bleeding? It’s not much like period blood (and I got my period literally a week ago). Im concerned, even when my hymen broke, I only bled for a few hours max. Should I visit a doctor?
