What can your SO do to support your mental well-being?

  1. Communicate. It removes the unexpected, which is my 100% least favorite thing. If youre happy with something, say so. If you want something, say so. Even if you’re mad at me, it’s a whole lot easier to process if you say what and why.

  2. Listen n understand.

    Just be there, be present,

    Dont need words dont need gifts, dont need much.

    A simple hug can say more than what a thousand words could.

  3. Specifically, by “mental well-being” I mean if you’re struggling with mental health. What can your SO do to support you?

  4. Believe in me.

    I’m ambitious and I have ambitious goals. I just want her to tell me that she believes in me. Because sometimes I doubt myself.
