Friend who I asked out has been sick/ill the past two dates. Should I keep trying or give her an out/ask her if she really wants to go out?

I know her pain and illnesses are real as I see her every day, even told me yesterday if she’s not worse we can definitely go, and last weekend called me crying because her head was killing her. She was very apologetic and even chose the next date herself. Today she called and said she’s going to the hospital

I just don’t know if I should give her an out or ask her if she really wants to do this without looking like I’m losing interest myself, because I’m not. But if she is it’d be great if she was just honest about it

She’s been very flirty with me and wanting to spend time together, even taking me to her apartment, which is why I asked her out, and I was the whole time aware of her various health problems. She also keeps texting me after canceling so I guess she’s not avoiding me?
