I was in my underwear making breakfast on a Saturday morning when my partner popped the question. Couldn’t have been more romantic in my eyes.

I popped the question at her favorite garden at our local botanical gardens the day before they shut down due to COVID — I figured it was then or an indefinite time in the future, and “then” sounded much better!
