my bf wants to get back with and i hate him

so i dated a guy for about 2 months and we broke up twice during our relationship he was so controlling and hated all my guy friends and called me a lesbo and f slur when i held hands with my girl friends idk y i stayed with him for so long but in the end i broke it of and he didn’t take it well see i’m friends wit his younger sister and apparently she heard him taking abt me and he wants to get back together with btw this is the third time i heard him saying he wants to get back with me and not from three different people three different times also he is kinda ugly and i likes someone else i’ve told him i don’t like him anymore and he wont back of pls help 🙏
