I have been dating a guy that I really like for a while and both times we slept together he had intense nose bleeds. He said it had never happened to him before during sex. Problem is that we are on a trip together and he won’t touch me. I asked him about it and he basically told me about the sickness he has and there is something with having sex with me that makes it worse.
He says that he still really likes me, but it’s for the best that we have no sex for a while.
I honestly don’t know how to feel about it, part of me feels like its an excuse. I wont stop seeing him because we aren’t having any sex but maybe he’s just not a sexual guy.

Not having sex because of a health issue seems perfectly reasonable. Doesn’t mean he “is not a sexual guy” just like if a woman got back pain from laying down and so doesn’t want sex shouldn’t be considered not a sexual woman. If you just can’t do it you just can’t.
And while he may be saying it’s because you’re more intense or something. It’s probably just embarrassment and saying that you just get him going so hard that it’s worse is easier than saying it happens every time.
He could have really high blood pressure and when he gets excited it increases even more and busts a blood vessel in his nose. That’s just a guess.
