That’s what a girl from college who actually came after me, and gave me her number without me asking for it… said when I flirted with her over text.

Apparently she doesn’t know how to react to my flirting.
When I do, she’ll just ignore my text.

Should I take this as a sign of low attraction from her?

Yes. If a girl is ignoring your texts, assume she’s not interested.
