Here’s the thing that I’m not sure of, I am back living with my parents. So bringing a girl back to my place isn’t really an option. I have no problem buying nice hotel rooms for the night, or even back seat of the car. But I have a feeling that both of those options will be seen negatively. Any thoughts on what I should do?

Why do you think they’re seen as negative options? Do you think they’re negative?
Just ask if a hotel or their place is okay. If they say no, move on. You don’t have to mention you live with your parents, just say you have roommates and you want to be considerate.
