I (27F) am a big girl (286pounds,5’9) my partner has described a lot of positions from his past that we aren’t physically capable of until I lose weight.
I’m wondering what other people have done to keep things spicy in the bedroom, as I am worried fairly often that he will lose interest due to my body type

  1. I would suggest yoga, it will keep you flexible and help you lose weight, worked for me when I was bigger, I was very flexible so still able to make most positions work. Just keep having sex because it’s the best cardio. Losing weight made me realize how awful my stamina was before though. My sex life got so much better after weight loss. Good luck OP!
