Whichever one doesn’t irritate my skin.
Preference
I’ve been a fan of old spice for the last couple decades. I think it’s largely down to personal preference though.
Old spice swagger
I really like Dove men+care with the green label.
This may not be what you are looking for, but maybe something to consider; I used antiperspirant for a lot of my life due to sweating. I tried everything to help, I sweat other places than just my arm pits, eventually I gave regular deodorant a real chance, longer than just a few days or weeks. It was a game changer, not only did it reduce my underarm sweating but also reduced my overall whole body temperature.
Why? I came across good research that when antiperspirant clogs the pores it increases body temperature due to not allowing the natural cooling process. It’s fantastic!
So…I find Degree Arctic Edge to work very well. It stays on for many hours and the smell isn’t overpowering, but yet, I have gotten compliments on “how well it smells.”

Degree’s Arctic Edge, I used the equivalent back in 2008 and got complemented on it when I was self conscious about the heat/sweat. vOv

I like dove. It feels good on the skin.
No idea, I’ve tried so many now and they all leave chemical burns on my armpits.
And this problem only just started in the past couple years and I don’t know what changed.
As a man. I use women’s deodorant, as well as other women’s hygiene products
Anyone recommend any that don’t leave hard white stains on clothes? I’ve tried the Nivea white+black and the dove men+care ones, both eventually leaving a hard patch under the arm pit.
I like Gillette Clear Gel. It’s mild, easy on the skin and doesn’t ruin clothes.
Always had good luck with degree. I use the antiperspirant/deodorant.
Hoppes #9
I use two, the first is Vanicream aluminum free unscented, which I use regularly, and if I have a long day in short sleeves, I’ll use a Gillette sport gel.
If you experience skin irritation, I suggest trying Mitchum roll-on. It can be difficult to find. You only want to buy 1 at a time, even if it is on sale for a great price, because it will dry up.
Varies from man to man, because no one has the same skin, hence different deodorants will react diffently with different men.
Even over the course of your life, you’ll probably have to change your deodorant because of how much you skin change. Go with whatever doesn’t irritate your skin and still smell good after a few hours.
Secret Clear gel

right guard xtreme defense goes crazy
I like old spice, but I’m usually using antiperspirants cuz I don’t like having my pits feel wet. For that I use the stuff dollar shave club sends me
Native, let those pores breath, aluminum clogs and causes rashes on my pits
I’ve been using Gillette Clear Gel since I was a teenager. Occasionally I try something else, discover it’s not as good as Gillette Clear Gel, and go back.
