I do all the time. I am a narcissist and maybe a sociopath (not sure yet) but I love making a girl cum especially more than once if I can. I definitely think it’s the ego for me.
Narcissism is a clinical diagnosis and gets thrown around casually in ways that have nothing to do with what it is. This is not a factor of narcissism.

If wanting to please a women is bad then all people who are giving sexually are messed up.
We can overthink anything positive and try to spin it into a bad thing.
Diagnosable narcissism is quite rare. Your reasons for enjoying giving orgasms may have some selfish elements. But if you care about your partners experiences that is more like pride in a job well done.
I’m skeptical of the existence of altruism. I think everyone gets some self gratification from helping others. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just useful to question presumed altruistic motives.
