I am working from home asked a raise manager postponed till the new office opening, now they ask me to be at the office 3 times a week (office is 110 km far )

Hi all, shortly about myself, i am a foreigner in eastern Eu, working as an architectural designer, when they hired me i asked a salary less than they offer because i was offered less in my city and also for the probation time. Then war started and the inflation hit more than %20+. I talked talked with manager for a salary fix not raise because all the expenses are skyrocketed. After 2 weeks he return me and told that new office will open and he wants to see how i perform and i can get the salary i want.
New office is postponed till this week morning, and on monday I was at the office and the project manager asked me to come 3 days to office i said ok without thinking but the when i calculate the salary and all i cant afford to go to office 3 times everyweek.
Tomorrow i ll be at the office again and i am thinking how tobtalk with him and also with the manager. My salary is 3 digits and 3 times in a week for train will cost me 200 + lunch i cant afford this and also is it early to talk with manager for the salary?
I need some advices
