More important, I’m horrible at escalating it to the next level through some light sexual flirting. I’m much better at this in person where it feels more natural, but not here. Any tips to sexually escalate the conversation we’re having? Appreciate any advice!

Maybe you could play off the words. “I don’t live in Philly” could lead to, “But I bet you handle a mean willy.” “Hard to keep track of” could be followed up with, “You’re someone I want to fill the crack of.” Et cetera, et cetera.
