Advice pls

  1. Make sure you aren’t stuck in a routine for every single day of the week

    ex. wake up, eat, work, go to store, watch tv, eat, browse internet, sleep

    make sure you’re meeting up with a friend once or twice a week, taking a bike ride, learning something new like an instrument, etc.

    Everyone experiences sadness for different reasons though so I can’t give solid advice if I don’t know more about why you’re sad
