What is the most romantic thing somebody has done for you?

1. My ex surprised me with a photo frame that had a picture of us.

2. Never had any romance in my life. But i guess the closest thing would be when one of my female classmates sexually harassed me as a joke while we are practicing for a play

3. A girl got me flowers once.

4. The day after Thanksgiving a few years back, my girlfriend brought me this little 18” fake Christmas tree. On it she had tied squares of wrapping paper folded up to look like little bows. And on each she’d written something that she loves about me. So every day I got to open an “ornament” and feel that love that I never expected. Now it’s my favorite tradition.

5. My wife bought me a guitar out of the blue

6. Maybe not the most romantic but it was fun.

   I took my then girlfriend, now wife, to a quinceañera party a family friend was throwing for his daughter. Lots and lots of people there. Women in dresses. She excused herself to go to the restroom. She came back, sat down, and under the table I felt her closed hand touching mine. She leaned over and whispered, “I need you to hold these for me.” I open my hand and I can tell that it’s fabric…… a lacey type fabric and it was kind of damp. I look down and sure enough. She put her panties in my hand. She was going commando. I put them in my pocket but they might as well have been fire in my pocket. She was definitely intent on building the passion for later that night.

7. Cleaned my apartment and did the laundry as I was not well. She’s my classmate and a good friend.

9. For my birthday a couple years back my wife set up a movie watch party with a bunch of my friends over discord to watch some films no one would watch with me before, like Face/Off and Killer Klowns

10. My girlfriend at the time wanted to do something for me because I was going through a rough patch in my life. Guardian died, future looked bleak on how I will survive, no idea about my future career. I was 19 at the time. Basic world-seems-dark- ideas racking my brain due to the death.

    She “kidnap” one day for date. Took me to my favorite beach, bought my favorite sushi and drinks. Just let me eat, be in solemn silence with the ocean, and just hang out making silly jokes, occasionally. It was absolutely amazing and the recharge I needed.

    My most romantic recharge date ever.
