4. Urethral prolapse happens extremely rarely in women, and even less frequently in men (as in, the number of cases ever reported in men can be counted on one hand. It’s not related to oral sex. So, no.

5. This isn’t physically possible as your urethra is tissue connected to your bladder so in order for the actual thing to prolapse you’d have to basically suck the bladder out which is impossible on it’s own without killing you
