I wish I could make better curry at home. I can make good ones but I want restaurant level.

  1. You want British Indian Restaurant cooking, it’s all about the base gravy. There’s a good book by Misty Ricardo

  2. Watch Al’s Kitchen on YouTube, fella makes nothing but curry from the restaurants, give you some pointers.

I’d like more money, if every one on the sub gave me a quid I’ll be set.

  3. Use ghee (clarified butter) or at least butter and a lot of it. Use fresh spices, not that jar that’s been at the back of the cupboard for over a year. Even better, get whole spices and grind them yourself. I’ve got a mix of garam masala in a pepper grinder! Cumin should be added at the end, it doesn’t take long to cook.

  4. I’d like to be able to do a handstand. I’m 50 and I’ve been working on my handstand for years (against the wall). It’s not staying in the handstand, it’s getting up there in the first place. I can do it if I kick up from something higher than the floor, like a chair. But I want to kick up from the floor and do a handstand easily every time.

  5. I wish I could make a phone call without sheer panic prior to and during. Why can’t texts/emails be all that is ever needed in the modern day!?
