Just as of a few hours ago I got my partners semen all over my hands and it started burning after only a few minutes. This has never happened before and I’ve gotten his semen on ever inch of me. I have incredibly sensitive skin (for example, pools with higher amounts of chlorine in them I can’t go in) if that helps.

Probably an allergy to semen
I know some people are actually allergic to cum. If it continues to happen talk to a doctor.
Had he eaten / drunk something different lately? I know what men eat can change the taste of semen so maybe it’s acidity as well.
