You could try HMV, the one near me at least has a range of pop culture T-shirts, they might have one you want.
The only place I can think of is Forbidden Planet, which has 10 or so stores across the UK.
Hmv if not try amazon next day delivery
Can you get to Birmingham? There’s an anime shop on corporation street, yards from New Street station
Uniqlo, if around London. Or order online. They actually provide per garment measurements on their product webpages. So less risk buying and it not fitting.
Some major cities have anime themed stores usually in shopping centres. Worth googling if there’s any near you.
Other than that you could try a place like Forbidde Planet or a comic book store (most that stock manga also stock merch)
Uniqlo has a one-piece range at the moment.don’t know what other anime’ ranges though.
HMV has been full of weeb stuff the last few times I’ve been in there. Game is also worth checking, but stock seems random and erratic.
Forbidden planet or uniqlo maybe hmv at a stretch
There use to be a GAME store in my town but closed down before it did it had a few anime shirts in there might be worth a try but the selection wasn’t very big
Best bet would be to buy a plain shirt/ hoodie, get the picture you want on it, then take them to a print shop for them to print it for you.
