My contract of employment states I need written approval before I work for another company. If I am not employed at the other company, and simply work freelance, do I need to disclose this?

  2. Are you doing work for another company and are you being paid by another company. I think that’s a solid yes on both counts.

    Yes but with a lot of reading of contracts to work around the loop holes is the long answer
