I was at jury duty on Monday. And it was getting near break time. I was walking back to my chair and the jury duty employee stated I would be these women’s escorts to break (she stated that to the women as I was walking by). I really did not hear the entire conversation just what was stated above. I really did not have a socially calibrated reply so I ducked into the bathroom to avoid embarrassment. Does anyone know of a socially calibratred response? I would have responded had I known a calibrated reply. this often happens to me in situation. I am trying to develop better social skills. thanks.
