Mini-penis looking thing sticking out of my vagina.

This is not a joke. I was just at the bathroom when I noticed a little dangly thing coming out from my vagina hole. It doesn’t feel like much at the touch but it’s pretty long, like an inch. It’s the same color as my vagina. It’s soft and kinda just hangs outside of my vagina.
I’m scared, Google hasn’t helped me at all. Has anyone encountered this before? Is it a sign of something bad? Will it fall off on its own?

edit: I should’ve clarified i’m 100% sure it’s not my clit. I know where my clit is, this thing is literally a “stick” of flesh sticking out from my hole
