I think our immune systems are pretty legit and I feel like if you had “poop poisoning” (lol idk what it’s called) that you would be come pretty visibly ill.

You’re thinking of salmonella and dysentery, and if you had them you would know salmonella is what causes food poisoning and dysentery causes explosive diarrhea that will cause dehydration.
