my wifw applied to spouse visa uk, we married here legally, but she got refused because they said she has to go back to her country to do entry clearance there, but it would be take 6 months to – year to go back here, and risky too,
system here are so unfair, im british citizen and born here

  1. I’ve lived in 3 different countries in the last 12 years. I’ve found a new level of respect for immigration consultants. Initially I thought I could figure out all the rules myself but I soon discovered that expert advise is key.

    Some countries do not allow change of visa status while living in said country. Secondly, security and criminal records are a deal breaker – you have to physically travel and present yourself.

  2. we have lawyer and barrister, but all mentioned she need to go back,
    but why she has to go back if she already here, im suffering depression because of this..
    and judge dismissed our case

  3. Try speaking to your MP. It may help.

    The UK also like to see that you can financially support her. I think you have to earn x amount of money. I take it your solicitor is a specialist in this area.
