an actual gone girl scenario

Hi guys, it’s abit unrelated but I am going through something similar to what ben affleck when through in the movie “Gone Girl”, minus the missing thingy and murder accusations. Nonetheless, I was accused of things I didn’t do – going as far as rape and whatever – and these sentiments by my ex gf was posted online, specifically medium – where who knows read this. What are your thoughts? Should I confront my ex? She’s a wall and doesn’t listen to anything I have to say and she sends mentally abusive messages (for context)
