One knows what they want.
They are quicker to set up boundaries and even break things off earlier if necessary.
Well i can only compare the teenage years to the 20s. But so far the difference is that people who just start dating more often still look for that fairy tale love. Then people get older and two things happen. 1) they get confident and want to take advantage of that bynot committing to one person. 2) they are emotionally damaged from previous relationship and general life heartbreak and find it difficult to open themselves up to anyone again. Another factor is online dating, which you don’t use as a teenager, so you focus on what’s in front of you. Now you have this illusion of all these options and only judge by looks, always thinking there will be someone better
Usually yes it gets more complicated. Because people already might have kids and ex husband/wife.
Its hard to find a single person thats your age. Might be difficult to date and find the time to do so.
You are not putting up with BS anymore, so you weed out pretty quickly/call them out on their BS (and I think thats also one of the big factors why some (a lot?) of men are not attraracted to ‘older’ women because they are aware of that fact…oh they know…..)
