I know this has been asked multiple times before on reddit and I’m pretty certain ya’ll are tired of this so here are my questions I 21 Male have been doing Kegels 10 seconds 10 reps, for 2 weeks and I do more but on average those are what I do.

1. What exactly is the “push” part to prolong the ejaculation, this I generally don’t understand
2. when I tried contracting the muscles (kegels) while masturbating, I only came a little and its almost like the semen never came out?
3. Do you guys actually prolong the orgasm because of the kegels? because when I tried it my penis is still very sensitive which still made me orgasm.

  1. As your muscles get stronger you will develop finer control. You can practise this by modulating your stream while urinating VS stopping it completely.

    Using the same muscles, you can either stop an approaching orgasm, or slow it down.
