  1. I listen to a lot of fitness podcasts: stronger by science, barbell medicine, dip in and out of Dave tate’s table talk of the guests look interesting.

I also listen to Tim Ferriss when the guests look interesting.

  2. Mr Ballen for crime (more so story telling episodes than a podcast)

Modern Wisdom (for psychology podcast stuff)

  3. My go-to ones are: You’re Wrong About, Maintenance Phase, You Are Good, If Books Could Kill, Office Ladies, American Hysteria, and Qanon Anonymous.

Everything but Office Ladies and QAA are basically variations on “new information and/or debunking of old information about different subjects”.

  4. 1. Dan Carlin’s hard core history
    2. Sofa King Podcast (the topic changes every week)
    3. the Ecoplasm podcast ( for all things spooky and creepy)
    4. the Jocko Wilink podcast

    Just to name a few

  5. Dr. Huberman. Science based explanations for everything medical. He covers lots of topics in-depth, and he does so in a way that a lay person can understand. For instance, he has podcasts on intermittent fasting, alcohol, sleep, etc.

  6. Inside of you with Michael Rosenbaum

You Made it Weird with Pete Holmes

Talkville with Michael Rosenbaum & Tom Welling

Conan Needs a Friend with Conan/Sona/Matt

Voice Acting Mastery with Crispin Freeman

Basically mostly celebs interviewing actors/comedians etc, a podcast that is a rewatch of one of my favorite shows Smallville with two lead actors of the show, & a voice acting advice show

  7. 1. Chris Williamson (psychology, science, self-improvement, men’s topics)
    2. Tom Bilyeu (self-improvement, entrepreneurship)
    3. Coleman Hughes (political topics – independent/moderate)
    4. Huberman Podcast (nueroscience, endocrinology, health, physiology)
    5. Lex Fridman (various topics)
    7. Joe Rogan (various topics)
    8. JeffMara (supernatural, spirituality)

  8. Typical go-to’s in order of frequency:

Every Day Beam Struggle (Hip Hop, Anime, Standard Wild Behavior in a group chat with the bois)

The Beast Hub- Sci Fi(Godzilla, Kong, Jurassic Park, etc)

Fresh and Fit- Money Mondays/Fitness Fridays
