As the year draws to a close, I wanna take some time and write about how I’m doing lately. Although my life is filled with emotional turmoil and loneliness, I’m doing better than last year.

I want to take a day or two out this week and just journal 2022 and my life. I don’t want to make any “learnings” out of it explicitly, rather just process those thoughts and get them out of my system.

I tried brain dump and gratitude lists but my brain draws blank when I tried doing them. Can you suggest any prompts to help me process my thoughts and emotions better? Thank you!
