I work in a plaza at a automotive shop, girl works in a Ice cream store a few stores over. I see her about every day but we’ve exchanged less than 10 words to each other in 3ish months. Sometimes ups drops off a package for her store with me and when she gets in she comes get it, no words are exchanged. I didn’t even know her name till like a week ago. Today i don’t know why, while i was working on a car she came over with a piece of cake and a spoon and asked me if i would like the cake, she said something about something i don’t remember, was just surprised honestly. I shrugged and said “ok, thanks” she left. Just enjoy the free cake and stop over thinking it? Thanks

M advice is being polite never hurts and you never know until you try, maybe she’s shy and that was her way of reaching out.
