This girl is good-looking and easy to talk to, but from what I’ve learned, it can be VERY awkward having to interact with them after a rejection.
I see them almost every weekend, which could be really sucky if it ends up as an awkward rejection. I can’t tell if they like me- She asked for my Snap a while back and invited me out with a friend once, but since then she hasn’t taken any more initiative and left me unread the couple times I reached out to her.
So I guess my question is more of, “Is it SAFE to ask out a coworker in this situation?”
I have very little experience dating, and I’m considering just asking her out to let her know my intentions. Wanted thoughts from more experienced daters 🙂

If this is just a random job then do whatever you want. If this is a career then don’t do it.
