I’m confused when to kegel or reverse kegel during sex, to delay ejaculation. I hear some people say to kegel when you feel like you’re gonna finish, but other people say to reverse kegel instead, to keep your pelvic floor relaxed. Which is correct and when do I use the other?

  1. The answer is.. both. A reverse kegel is just relaxing your PC muscles whereas a regular kegel is tightening them. Relaxing your PC muscles (reverse kegel) will help reduce the ongoing muscle tension throughout which causes your orgasm, so this is how you stave it off for a while. Then if you’re about to cum you can tighten the muscles (regular kegel) to stop it
