He’s uncircumcised and every single time we have sex he gets between 3-8 tears every single time we have sex. It’s so painful that he has to stop and loses his erection. It’s made sex unsatisfying for us both. We always do foreplay and have lots of lube so that’s not the issue. He never tears when masturbating, only when having sex with me. He’s currently in the shower again because of it. Makes us both upset. Any advice? Should he see a doctor? We know how to care for the cuts afterwards and we wait until they are healed (which also sucks as I want sex every 1-2 days). I want to prevent it from happening in the first place. And it happens even if we stay in missionary the entire time. Please help. I want us both to be satisfied.

Circumcision
Use the condom to prevent the foreskin to be ‘rubbed down’, when u start to piv sex.
In the long run: circumcise or consult a doctor.
Go see a doctor. While not uncommon, this also isn’t “normal” and a doctor may be able to help figure out how to prevent this from being a regular thing.
But in the meanwhile, a condom might help, as others suggested. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend a circumcision as the first thing to try though!
Do you guys use lube? A condom may also help. However his foreskin may be too tight as well. Definitely chat with a doctor.
