  1. My most surprising get pumped song for working out would have to be “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor.

  2. I stopped listening to music while I work out over a year ago. One day I was on YouTube and David Goggins showed up in the feed, he basically said workout music is dumb because in the real world you can’t always play music to get you hyped. All you have to rely on is yourself. So I stopped listening to music 😂, instead I maximize my productivity by playing a podcast. I hold no judgment for people who do listen to music, but I’m not longer reliant on that music to hit a pr. If I did I would just play David Goggins motivation on repeat.

  3. When I could still separate the art from the person Kanye west’s no church in the wild and I love it were my favorites. The lines “what’s a king to a god?” Directly followed by “what’s a god to a non believer” are just cold lines and help me zone in and stay focused. 🥶🥶 I loved the beat from I love it. Fun song. These days I’ve been listening to songs from the 2000s the golden age of punk rock. Specifically, I don’t wanna be by Gavin Degraw, songs by linkin and mcr.

  4. [I’m Back (to Rise) – by Mick Gordon](https://youtu.be/6JapDyUwAu8) from the Killer Instinct 2013 soundtrack. A criminally underrated and forgotten fighting game with an even bigger criminally underrated soundtrack…but that’s a fight for another day.
