So I really really want to grt rid of the bad habits of mine, and no I don’t expect him to do the same, but the negativity about everything, expecting things to change without doing anything, im not going to do it bc I dont want to type of attitude is really depressing. I love him so so much, but how can I talk to him about that kind of stuff without him thinking im making a jab. Ive tried to talk before but he always says well im working, (like im not also working) or it won’t change anything, but he doesn’t ever try. I want so desperately to have someone lift me up and encourage my physical and mental changes instead of tear them down or tell me they aren’t worth trying for. It just gets hard and im not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated.
