So last year I had orchiopexy on both balls and I’ve been good since today I pulled up my underwear and they lifting my balls over the waste band and they flopped in my underwear if that makes sense I checked just incase as a precaution and my right testical was on its side it quickly fixed its self there was no pain during any of this .my fear is that the scar tissue never healed correctly I’m worried about getting torsion again .is it normal that my testical can do this now without torsion.?
