I’m a very socially awkward person and can only message people I’m very close to. But the problem is I can’t stop myself from messaging them constantly. I just sent someone 26 long messages ranting about a video game. Once I have a thought in my head I feel the need to tell someone about it. I try telling people in person but my family tell me to shut up because they’re watching TV, but if I don’t tell anyone it builds up and stresses me out.

  1. Journaling helps me. Maybe write it down when you need to and then later once you calm down share parts of it instead of the entire thing

  2. This is what I use the notes app for! Just relieves my brain that I’ve written it down on my phone and I feel like I’ve sent it
