I often get girls checking me out everywhere I go in public but I never know how to take action on it. I just soak up the validation and it’s become something I expect which is really unhealthy.
What I usually do is avoid looking at them entirely (to show I’m not easy or not give up my “power”) and take no action. I’m not sure if it makes any sense. I really want to change this.
What is a natural way to approach a girl you haven’t met in public, express your interest and ultimately give her your number so that y’all can link up later?

Get that giving up power BS out of your head. Looking away shows you are not interested.
If a girl checks you out, make quick eye contact, look away and the repeat with a little smile. If she is interested she will continue the game, then you can go over and say hi.
