  1. Dancing around drunk to entertain my dog last night in celebration of the new year. She loved it!

  4. Saw Blackpink live. I’m usually mainly into metal, so it was, uhh, very different from what I’m used to, but a lot of fun. I also went to one of my favourite cities to see them, so it was a lovely weekend all around.

  8. I’ve recently found myself falling rather hopelessly in love with one incredible human, so now everything we do together feels so new and unbelievably fun. I was invited to do Christmas with his family that whole day was absolutely lovely. Truly joyful times. It’s going to be a cherished memory for a long long time.

  9. NYE party with my friends. I absolutely love this new friend group, they are so much fun and last night was an amazing time. Unfortunately, the party ended around 3 am, now it’s 7:30 am and I haven’t been able to fall asleep at all… oh well.

  10. Spending Christmas Day with my boyfriend and his family. My boyfriend and I have been living together with his parents for nearly 7 years and I’ve spent all 7 Christmas’ with them and this year was just a really lovely one. I’m the happiest I’ve been in a really long time, I made some food for the lunch and cocktails that turned out really well. It was just a really beautiful day.

  13. Guy here: Her and I went to a fave restaurant for new years for a great lunch. Came home, danced around and had a great time together for new years

  16. My bf and I are researching dog pedigrees along with genetic strengths/weaknesses (mostly him) and we have decided we’re travelling to wherever the right puppy is, no matter how far, even another country. We’re going to make an adventure out of it, so we’re super excited

  17. Yesterday was a great day. We went downhill snow tubing, and then my dad stopped over and we just sat in the garage around the wood stove laughing and sharing memories.

  18. Took my kids to Sky Zone. Jumped on trampolines all night. Best time I’ve had in a while 😃

  21. The guy I’ve been dating invited me to a party. I’m an introvert and didn’t feel like meeting new people but I went anyway. Turns out he’s friends with the owner of a restaurant and it was the staff party. There was a very good Japanese rock band playing and my date didn’t know anyone either. It was just me and him enjoying the music and each other and was quite magical.

  24. A friend of mine has a little ice cream shop, she was having a stand at an event in a Museum and they gave her 2 tickets, she gave me the tickets.

    It was an anniversary event,of course the exhibitions were open but they also had drinks and music. I went with another friend and in my 37 years of life I can say that getting drunk and dancing to reggaeton at a museum is one of the most surreal things I have done.

  26. New Year’s party at my in laws house with my siblings, husband, brother in law, and a few of our friends. It’s been a long time since I’ve laughed that hard. I love my people ♥️

  27. A big group of us went to NOLA Motorsports Friday night which is a racetrack that has super fast go karts. My inner Mario kart kicked in

  28. I recorded a tarot-video (pick-a-card style) for new years. Just to try it out. It was SO much fun! It ended up being a 50 minute video, but it fel like 10, maximum, cause it was so…enjoyable!

    If I didn’t have this _massive_ stage fright, I’d probably start doing them on Youtube or something, just for fun.

    But stage fright makes me all tongue-tied, and I am _violently_ scared of rejection, and Youtube can be really harsh, so I’ll probably keep blaming my lack of proper light for not actually doing it.
