I was about to plan my future kiss (if the fortunes and God’s will is with me, maybe I can find someone with a good heart to date too).
But I was thinking to approach them and say something like: “Hey, my name is \_\_\_, I was looking for a kissing partner and I was thinking if you would like to join me.”
Maybe sounds cringy, but again, I never approach women because my self-esteem is messed up. So I need some suggestions and how should I refine my approach. Thank you.

It is cringy and pathetic. But Ask yourself something honestly. Why do you need somebody to kiss you so badly ? In general, why are you seeking validation from other people ? You are essentially the emperor without clothes. You expect people to respect you when there is actually nothing to respect about you. You don’t even respect yourself, as evidenced by your admission of low self esteem. You know this, and others know it as well. But All you do is worry about other people instead of worrying about important things in your life. You know what it takes to get better in your life and build up self esteem, but instead of putting in the time and effort to do so, you need other people to essentially lie to you telling you that you are great. You would rather have somebody kiss you insincerely rather than deal with the uncomfortable reality of improving yourself to be respectable and kissable naturally. This is your mindset when you desperately seek validation.
It’s time you start being respectable. Go talk to people in real life. Get comfortable socializing with them. Start doing and achieving things in life as it pertains to your goals and hobbies. Chase excellence, not women.
My biggest tip and suggestion is to not do this. Normal women are going to think that there is something not right with you. I don’t know you, but from what you’ve wrote so far here and in the replies makes me think you need to seek counseling. I’m sorry about your previous relationship, but you need to focus on yourself to become someone that others will want to kiss and spend time with.
