How do I find decent Discord servers, with more chill, open-minded people?

I try looking at the lists on disboard, but every server I try to join just sucks. The mods power-trip over everything, and people are super sensitive and rude. Even when the description is “friendly, opening, welcoming community”, I’ll join and find out it’s just another cliquey echo chamber with power-tripping mods, members who ignore and talk over anyone who’s new. I’d like to find some more relaxed, chill servers where people can take a joke maybe, and actually try to interact with someone who joined recently, but don’t know where to look.
