Cooking, it’s the way to the heart of the family. Even if, it’s grilled cheese! Lol
There is absolutely nothing that is easy for everybody to learn. I guarantee you, everything that was easy for you is horribly difficult for somebody else.
Baking. Try master a few things like banana bread, at least one type of cookie, and maybe muffins or cupcakes.
Setting boundaries and learning that no is okay to be a complete sentence. Making space for yourself and putting yourself first is a hard skill
Basic boxing. But as with cooking, you have to practice.
Listening
It always depends on what are you interested in naturally. You start doing it for fun. Then you become better, and it is easy, because your brain thinks it is a very rewarding game.
Financial independence- setting and sticking to a budget. Managing money responsibly.
Sewing
Knowing when to be assertive and when to just let things slide and and and!!! Knowing when you actually need to give an explanation. Men tend to not elaborate much and women read too much along the lines so thus the confusion!
Basic sewing (enough to fix the hole in your pants)
