Is there like a list of things that makes someone creepy? I feel like this word is kind of tossed around a lot without any real context for what makes it creepy. I don’t think I’m creepy but I’m afraid that people don’t like me and idk if that fear makes me creepy lol. Can someone help me out? What is it that makes someone creepy?

Usually it means that person makes them unsafe because they don’t follow unspoken social codes. Looking at people too long, coming into their personal space, asking questions that are about private matters, talking about things that make people feel unsafe, the list goes on.
There’s no one set thing. And unfortunately, some people have awkward social emotions, so even if they follow all the rules … they get the creepy moniker.
The word creepy has been overly used these past few years. When I was younger, that word was something that means really negative. Almost like with a malicious intent or behavior. Now, i feel like the word weird has been replaced with creepy, which doesn’t make sense to me. The word creepy is offensive, in my opinion, and should be used appropriately.
