Me and my girlfriend (37) spent Christmas apart and agreed to do presents after she returned from holidays with her family. Well she returns in 24 hours and I procrastinated once again. So ladies what did you get for Christmas that you loved this year or years past? I got like a roughly $100 budget, we only met a few months ago and spent all of December apart so I am unsure of what to get her as I am just getting to know her but I just want to make her smile.

  1. Does she have any hobbies? Gifts that show you listen and care about likes and hobbies always do well.

  2. 100$ budget?
    What does she like? Jewelry?
Give her a gift basket! Small cute things like body scrubs, favorite snacks, fav beverages, maybe a cute keychain, if she’s into collecting things give her a funko pop of her fav character, funny socks or fuzzy socks.
Go give her a gift basket

  3. NO decor and NO jewelry! Some of the best but less extravagant gifts I’ve received from partners for Xmas: a snow globe with a couple holding hands in the snow inside. A cute/inside joke ornament. Stuffed animal. One of his sweaters for the smell since we were apart often. Playlist! Super cheap! Just put together a Spotify playlist. Hardly anyone does this so it’s sweet by default and seems like you thought ab her a lot while she was gone. If you know any sweets/wine/beer she specifically likes that’s an easy addition to a small gift. A gift basket is very impersonal if you go the “a bunch of small gifts” route make sure it’s not just like random shit like a vanilla candle, chocolate, bubble bath etc. that is what I’d give my MIL LMAO

  4. Does she have any hobbies? Or what are her interests?

    As generic ideas
    – a necklace
    – self care set – face masks, foot masks, hair bands, bubble bath etc. Maybe her fav chocolates/drink in there too, maybe snuggly pj’s/socks
    – book and a bookmark (if you can get last minute personalised that would be even better)

  5. You should get her like an amazing date day with the 100 dollars. She would love that.
Could relive your first date.. or plan something you know she’d like! But make it sentimental by putting a photo of you two together in a frame. On the back write first Christmas together present and list out the date day

  6. Sony headphones, a pottery date, concert tickets, Ugg socks, Starbucks gift card (or even better, a mini espresso machine), candles, a picnic basket filled with her favorite snacks, a sample spray of her favorite perfume, cute fridge magnets, something that would make her life easier in a small way

  7. You really should be looking into her as a person and not asking Reddit. Get her something that actually is tailored to her and what she likes rather than some generic thing the internet recommends.

  8. You can get a nice bottle of perfume for $100. But you would need to know what type of scents she likes. If she likes music, I’ve seen some good deals on nice noise cancellation headphones for $100.

  9. If you know her favourite perfume then get that for her or take her out to eat somewhere she likes to go to.

  10. Nice perfume or a gift card to get her hair done.. or a spa treatment like massage or pedicure.

  11. Write a little poem and make her a cute card. If you’re not artistic, buy a pretty blank card and write the poem in it along with simple art…hearts, flowers, something feminine and cute. If you wear cologne spray the card lightly with it. If you can’t come up with a poem then just express yourself such as…so happy you’re back, missed you, say something that maybe only the two of you say to each other.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

  12. You can’t go wrong with perfume. You’ll be able to get Chanel for £100. A voucher for a beauty salon so she can get a facial, nails done. Trainers?

  13. get her one big gift and a couple small gifts. the big gift should be themed to her to show that you listen (make up palette, jewelry, a nice supply for her hobby, a pair of shoes, literally anything you see that makes you think of her at marshall’s) and some small gifts can be nifty things (those zit patches, eye mask, a nice serum, a pack of scrunchies, a stuffed animal)

  14. I would appreciate a lounge set. Like sweat pants and a top. You can find them on Amazon. Or tickets to a comedy show/ concert. Some kind of inside joke gift. I always appreciate candles. If she has a pet, buy something small for her pet too 🙂
